This has reference to the recent conduct of the Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH)
audit for CY 2021.

We are furnishing your Office a copy of the findings of the above stated audit.
LGUs with disputes on their status of FDPP that caused the non-passing of the GFH
seal are enjoined to submit a letter for reconsideration with attached means of
verification (MOVs) to the DILG Cebu Province on or before January 17, 2021 so
we can assist you with your appeal to the national level.

In the submission of the above stated documents, the use of proper forms is a
must. Templates of these forms are attached and may also be accessed thru the
FDP Portal.
