Pursuant to BLGS Memorandum Circular No. 2016-58 dated April 29, 2016, which
reiterates and supplements DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2008-102, dated June
17, 2008, relative to the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) Enhanced
Criteria and Guidelines, the DILG Cebu Province in partnership with the Cebu
Provincial Government will again conduct the LTIA validation and assessment CY
2022.

With that, you are hereby advised to submit to this level the Reorganization/
Reactivation of Awards Committee members within your level reflecting their names,
affiliations, and corresponding dates of meeting thru this link: https://bit.ly/3JvTnQl
not later than 5:00 PM of FEBRUARY 17, 2022.

Memo will be sent once the schedule is finalized for the submission of entries and field
validation.
