IDENTIFY ATLEAST 25 HAZARD AND EXPLAINE WHY IT IS HAZARD.

1. The Unsafety Rope – It looks like doesn’t long last to hold the heavy loads and if that happens it
will loose it lifting balance which can cause to falling of loads.
2. The Smoking worker- It is hazardous when you smoke inside the manufacturing building
because it can cause fire.
3. The clutter poles- It is hazardous knowing that it can cause workers fall down as it blocks the
hallway.
4. Wet floor- This can cause slip and falling of workers.
5. The Open hole- workers might be fall from that hole and can cause injuries or even death if it
deep hole.
6. Toxic barrels- It is hazardous knowing the fact that it causes poisonous atmosphere and this will
result to the bad physical health of the workers.
7. Oil spill- This can cause of unwell function of the machine and it is unsafe to drive.
8. The hanging brace- In the picture, it was shown that it is unsafe for the worker to stand in the
supporting brace knowing the fact that he might fall because it is not balance and strong.
9. The clutter things in the stairway- It blocks the pathway which can result to falling of the
workers when step into it.
10. The no PPE worker- it is hazardous when you are in the workplace without wearing personal
protective equipment because it is unsafe to work and this will result to injuries or even death.
11. The unaligned blocks- hazardous because it blocks the hallway. It is better to arrange it properly
based it the assigned line of arrangement.
12. The No helmet worker- It is hazards because your head is not protected so it is surely unsafe to
work in that kind of workplace.
13. The unarranged pipe – it is hazardous because some workers might step into it and it will cause
physical injuries.
14. The unsafe ride- It is unsafe to ride the four cliffs when you have a passenger at the back. The
passenger worker might fall because it is inappropriate action.
15. The Tank- This tank was misplaced and it was near in the smoking person and welding room.
This will cause a explosion at any unexpected moment and this is hazardous.
16. The no welding helmet worker- This is hazardous to the health of the worker. His face is open
for welding particles and it is not appropriate when you are a welder.
17. The open Welding room- The other workers might be affected by the welding particles because
the room is open.
18. The Sandal Worker- Wearing of sandal in that kind of workplace is unsafe knowing the fact that
some heavy objects might fall into it and it well surely cause physical injuries.
19. The wirings- it was shown that the wiring is blocks the driveway so it means that it is hazardous
because it is dangerous for the four cliffs to pass.
20. The standing glass- Hazard because this might fall and break into pieces and can cause injuries.
21. The disarrange tools-it is hazard because some instances the tools can cause physical injuries if
you let unorganized.
22. The broken pulley - it is hazardous for the workers knowing that it this might fall and can cause
injuries to the workers or even death.
23. The broken glass in the wall- This will cause cuts to the workers and that is why it is hazradus
24. The no helmet worker- it is hazards because his head is unprotected for any kind of falling
object.
25. The flat wheel- It is hazardous to ride in the flat wheeled four cliffs because it might out of
control and balance resulting to unexpected dangerous happenings.
