This case is all about the recovery of several tracts of land. The plaintiffs- Appellant is
BERNARDINO CACNIO, ET AL and the Defendant- Appellee is LAZAR0 BAENS. This case is filed on March
16, 1906. It is located at Barrio of Hulong Duhat of the said town Tambobong. This case is filed because
Bernardino Cacnio declaring that he is entitled to the ownership of their respective lot. But in the end
the defendant presented a title of the land and the authorities determined that the defendant has the
better right of the land.

I agree in the decision of the court that the defendant is acquitted because he presented a
document that proves his ownership of the land. His title of the land is more valid than the title of the
plaintiffs. And it is more valid in the eye of the law.
