The list of activities the officer does during his day as a medical record officer:

1. Collecting and delivering files and making sure the paperwork is in the right order
2. Easily and quickly find current information
3. Send files to other health professionals.
4. Helping to look after our patient
5. Make sure our clinicians have the right information at the right time
6. He travels two and half hours each way everyday to get to the office because it’s really
great place to work.

My point of view about my future as medical record officer:

After I graduate from here, I would like to apply to a hospital and become a professional medical
recorder or being an officer in information system design. I’m going to a nice person and build
good connection with other health worker. I wish I could participate in developing medical
record.
