Automatic mixing system for 100 l, 500 l and 1000 l of saline solution

The concentrate production system, designed for mixing dialysis concentrates on site, reduces operating
costs and is environmentally friendly. Since ready-to-use dialysis concentrate contains approx. 80 % water,
more than 40 million litres of water are carried unnecessarily on Germany‘s roads, for instance.

Installation design
• Mixing tank made from PE; 100 l, 500 l, 1000 l
• Agitator, 1000 - 1500 RPM, with overheat switch and
overload protection
• Dry run prevention device for agitator
• Transfer pump magnetically coupled with dry run preven-
tion and overheat shutdown devices
• Automatic stop of the transfer pump when mixing tank is
empty
• Overflow shutdown device for mixing tank
• Data backup in case of power failure
• Filtration for mixed saline solution

Options available:
• Density determination device to verify concentration
accuracy
• Suitable storage tanks in various sizes
