As agreed upon in our weekly meeting with our HR Head Paul of the Human Resources
Department, all trainees should complete the required training, and no absences will be
allowed since this is a paid training.

Opening: To All Concerned

As agreed upon in our weekly meeting with our Training Department. and Recruitment
Department, all trainees should complete the required training, and no absences will be
allowed since this is a paid training.

Task:​ To solve the issue, I need to talk to Anna, our Customer Service Head to dig deeper
into the problem, and issue this memo.

Purpose:​ To monitor and know the reason why the trainees are always absent.

Body: ​The trainees need to be present during their paid training, for them to learn and be
equipped after their training. The attendance issue should be properly discussed before they
are allowed to join and pass the training to avoid this to happen again.

Closing: ​We should be very strict when it comes to reliability of the trainees because we are
spending money for them to learn our business, so they can help us with our operations after
their training. Strict implementation should be followed.
