Hitesh, a person who was destined to be on wheel-chair for his whole life, became a Paralympic
Medal winner with Singapore Cerebral Palsy Football Team. He is the writer of the book “Better
Than Normal” which has been sold to more than 11,000 people. He is a global motivational

Due to the doctor's fault, during delivery, he couldn't breathe for 90 seconds which made him a
victim of cerebral palsy.
One of his stories from his teenage is that when he was new in his secondary school, there was a
race of 2.4 km organized. He wished to participate in this. As soon he started running, he started
gasping. He was too weak. His classmates finished the race and he was still running. One of his
fellow mates shouted, “Hey, even my grandmother can run faster than you.”. This statement made
him feel low. He finished the race in 25 minutes. After that, he started gyming, doing yoga for 2
hours daily after school. In the final year of school, the race was again organized in which he left
his classmates behind by finishing the race in 12 minutes.
After that, he continued his hard work and became Paralympic Medal Winner.
