327 A Nana Peth, Pune -411002, do hereby state on solemn affirmation

1) I say that the Plaintiff have not received any notice of Caveat under
Section 148- A of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, from any of the
Defendants above named, in respect of the subject matter of the present
proceedings.

Whatever stated herein above in para No.1 is true and correct to the best
of my knowledge, information and belief, and hence I have affirmed the
present affidavit today at Pune, on this day of October 2013
