then
access to the deal registration pages, so they can apply for their SPIFF’s, based on NEW customer
meetings and NEW customer LOGO’s to Rubrik. See SPIFF Overview below.

Step #1 log into the Rubrik partner portal and get a log in https://www.rubrik.com/partners. As soon
as you have requested your login, send an email to gabby.laborde@rubrik.com and
chris.hanchin@arrow.com to let her know that you are waiting for an approval. Once you get this you go
to step#2.

Step #2: Sign up on the Partner Portal for the Rubrik Sales Certification On-line self-paced coarse. See
attached (3 hours) https://partner.rubrik.com/s/login/?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2F

Once you have completed this then you need to send your certificate to chris.hanchin@arrow.com
Arrow SPIFF when the partner completes the partner certification- $150 SPIFF (Sales)/$200 for RTC
(technical)

Step #3: Review and understand the SPIFF amounts that you can obtain by taking a few simple steps:

SPIFF Overview (through Jan 30th, 2022):

• Rubrik Partner Salesperson Cert Spiff
o $150. each for achieving your RSP (Rubrik Sales Professional) certification.
• Net New Meeting
o $200 to AE
o $200 to SE
• Deal Registration
o $250 to AE
• Closed Won, Net New Logo >$150k, Partner-Led
o 1st deal closed in Fiscal Year: 1% backend (split AE/SE)
o 2nd deal closed in Fiscal Year: 2% backend (split AE/SE)
o 3rd deal (4th deal, 5th, etc) closed in Fiscal Year: 3% backend (split AE/SE)
• Rubrik Complete
o $500 (regardless of size, split AE/SE)
• ENT Target Incentive
o $1500 for specific ENT list Bounty List SPIFF
