Time Capsule – Craft Activity

Materials Required:
1. A jar / box
2. Ribbon
3. String/ Wool (to measure the child’s
height)
4. Pencil
5. Glue
6. 2 blank white sheets
7. A recent photo of the child
8. Print of the Back-to-school time capsule
label (attached below)
9. Print Like and Dislikes worksheet
(attached below)

Preparations to be made before class:

1. Have your child stand up against a wall and use the string to measure your

child’s height. Cut off the string the same length as your child. Bundle it

together neatly and secure it with a piece of ribbon.

2. Print out the back-to-school time capsule label and cut it out.

3. Print Like and Dislikes worksheet. Do not fill it before the class.

4. Keep all other above-mentioned materials ready before class.
