Brief definition of the project – who, what, when, where and why?
I'm constructing a 5-week project management plan to coordinate the entire project and assess project expenditures. The goal
of this project is to design a website for Frost* collective. Branding and identity, site design, marketing strategy, social media
management, advertising, and SEO are all services provided by this organization. This scope attempts to produce a
straightforward, well-organized website that will assist customers in finding information about a business. We're also branding
and establishing the company's identity.
