The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party, accuses NOEL G. MAGTANGGOL of the crime of ABDUCTION WITH
CONSENT, committed as follows:

That on or about 8th day of June, 2016, in the City of Manila, Philippines, within the
jurisdiction of this court, the said accused willfully, unlawfully, feloniously removed, took and
carried away NORMA O GERONIMO, a virgin over twelve and under eighteen years of age,
from her dwelling with her consent and with lewd designs.
