Sub: Regarding Compliance of Concurrent audit report of FY 2020-21
Ref:- SHSB Letter no. 3940 dated 23.09.2021

Dear Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform that Concurrent audit of district
Lakhisarai & Siwan for the FY 2020-21 has been done by concurrent auditor M/s Shamse Rub &
Associates, Chartered Accountants and the report has also been duly submitted. The report so submitted
envisages audit observations which require immediate compliance. In this regard, following instructions are
being issued:-
i. Compliance of audit observations are to be done by district health society on the basis of
evidence/key documents, which shall be kept at DHS level, so that it can be shown whenever it is
asked for. In this regards, copy of concurrent audit reports for the FY 2020-21 has been attached
herewith. Compliance report/ATR is to be submitted in the specified format as attached herewith in
Annexure-A.
ii. RPM/RAM shall be jointly responsible for continuous follow-up, monitoring and review the same.

Keeping in view above instructions, it is requested to submit the Concurrent audit ATR in the specified
format on email of Finance cell- fincell.shsb@gmail.com.
