1. Ricky saw at about one in the afternoon a child alone in a shopping mall. The child who strayed from
Rosemary, his mother, was in tears and appeared very hungry. Out of pity, Ricky took him to a restaurant
to eat for which he spent P150. Rosemary did not giver her consent to the good deed of Ricky.Furthermore,
they were on their way home before the child got lost. Is Ricky entitled to be reimbursed by Rosemary for
the amount of P150?

2. On January 1, 2018, Simplistic, Inc., and Prickly Corp., entered into an AGREEMENT by virtue of which the
former obligated itself to render medical services to the employees of the latter to take effect on January 1,
2018 up to December 31, 2018, and that either party who desires to terminate the contract may serve the
other party a written notice at least 30 days in advance.

On December 16, 2018, Simplistic, Inc., wrote Prickly Corp., to inform that it was assuming from their
silence that the Agreement was renewed from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. In their reply-letter,
dated December 23, 2018, Prickly Corp., notified Simplistics, Inc., of the termination of the contract upon its
expiration on December 31, 2018. But such reply-letter was received by Simplistic Inc. only on January 9,
2019. Simplistic Inc. filed a complaint stating that Prickly Corp.’s termination of the Agreement did not
conform to their agreement. Is the Agreement renewed for another term?

3. Tyler by mistake delivered to Maximus and Terrence a sum of money which should have been delivered to
Khalil and Hudson. Tyler is now demanding the return of the same from Maximus and Terrence. Is
Maximus and Terrence solidarily liable?
