c.) SUSPECT: NOLY BUSCAY 32 years old, male, married, driver and a resident of
Brgy. Mejia, Ormoc City. Gonsalo Cruz 29 year’s old, male, single, laborer, Filipino and a
resident of Brgy. Mejia, Ormoc City.

d.) T D P O: 1pm, SEPTEMBER 05,2021, AT RIVER BANK, MACABUG, ORMOC

e.) SPECIMEN SUBMITTED: Unidentified Sperm cells, Fingernails Scrapping, Hair

(both public and head hair), clothing.

2. Further request that this Office be furnished a copy of medico-legal examination result for our
reference
