CHAPTER III

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

3.1 Brief Description

This program will use the design thinking method to solve user problems. First of all,
we will interview the user first. We will try to empathize with the story he tells. After that, we
will try to define the problem that is faced by the user. That way, we will carry out ideation to
provide the best solution. After the best solution is found, we will again interview the user
and when the user agrees, then we will proceed to the prototype stage and do the test.

3.2 Project Planning and Scheduling

As planned, we will carry out this program offline because our users' locations are
near the President University campus. This will also make it easier for us to interact with
users and get to know them better. Besides, we have also set a schedule as follows.
