What were the bad attitudes of the employees?

• Making careless mistakes like sending the wrong email or


sharing an incorrect brief.
• Being rude to coworkers or senior management.
• Not taking responsibility for your mistakes.
• Skipping important meetings at work.
• Not being accountable for your decisions and their
consequences.

How do you think their attitudes toward work would affect the
company?
 When there are positive attitudes in a workplace, there's a feeling that
anything can be accomplished. Colleagues support each other and
work in tandem, and a host of other positive outcomes materialize,
such as: Increased productivity. Greater probability of
collaboration and teamwork.

Do you think it was a good idea to let the employee undergo an


ethical training? Why?
 They not only help promote awareness to the ethical practices in
the company, but ethics training programs boosts morale so that
employees work more effectively and harmoniously with their co-
workers. Being ethically aware helps to maintain a positive corporate
culture and upholds a strong public image.
