I'm going to talk about how important health care is

Today we know that taking care of our health is very important, but very few
people talk about mental health. Will it be okay not to talk about it? Of
course not. I believe that mental health is very important because it can
affect physical health, in addition to having a direct impact on our way of
thinking, feeling and acting. A study conducted by Dr. David says that 30
percent of the population suffers from a mental disorder and only 2 percent
adhere to it.

Feeling stressed, sad is not normal and it is okay to ask for help, Throughout
my life I have had two episodes of depression, I seemed fine, I kept going out
with my friends, I went to parties, but there was something that was not
right with me and I know how hard it is to accept that you need help.

If we normalize going to the psychologist we will be better people and we

will have better lives

But if we do not normalize this, the percentage of people who are not cared
for will continue to grow and will think that living under stress is normal
when it is not.
