Dear Residents:

This firm represents WW Mosaic Dallas LLC d/b/a Mosaic Dallas. Please direct all
communication moving forward to me.

I have been made aware that you have intentionally and knowingly posted offensive and
private information regarding Mosaic staff, residents, and the property on social media. As a
result of this conduct, Mosaic Dallas has elected to terminate your right of possession. Your
notice to vacate is enclosed.

However, Mosaic Dallas would prefer to reach an amicable resolution of this situation
with you and avoid eviction proceedings. Consequently, Mosaic Dallas is willing to allow you
to terminate your lease prior to the expiration of term on the terms and conditions set forth in the
enclosed Release and Early Termination Agreement. This offer will remain open until
Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at noon, at which time it will be withdrawn, and Mosaic Dallas
will proceed with filing eviction. Thank you for your cooperation.
