There are seven students i.e. M, N, O, P, Q, R and S
who lives in a seven storey building such that the
lowermost floor of the building is numbered 1, one
above that is numbered 2 and so on till top most
floor is numbered 7. They all preparing for bank
exams and bought the Laptop of different companies
i.e. Acer, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple, Samsung and Avita
but not necessarily in the same order.
The one who bought Avita laptop live above the one
who bought Dell laptop. There are two students’
lives between Q and P, who lives on an odd
numbered floor. There are two floors between the
students who bought the laptop of Acer and Lenovo.
S who lives on an even numbered floor buys the
laptop of Samsung. The one who bought Lenovo
laptop lives below Acer. Q lives above P. R bought the
Laptop of HP and lives immediately below O. O lives
on an odd numbered floor. S lives immediate below
M who bought the laptop of Acer. There are three
floors between the students who bought the Laptop
of Apple and Dell. P does not bought the laptop of
either Acer or Lenovo.

िह विद्यार्थी, जो अविता का लैपटॉप खरीदता है , िह डेल
का लैपटॉप खरीदिे िाले विद्यार्थी के ऊपर रहता है । Q
और P, जो विषम संख्या िाली मंजजल पर रहता है ; के
मध्य दो विद्यार्थी रहते है । एसर और लेिोिो का लैपटॉप
खरीदिे िाले विद्यार्र्थियों के मध्य दो मंजजल हैं। S, जो
सम संख्या िाली मंजजल पर रहता है , िह सैमसंग का
लैपटॉप खरीदता है । िह विद्यार्थी जो लेिोिो का लैपटॉप
खरीदता है , िह एसर का लैपटॉप खरीदिे िाले विद्यार्थी
के िीचे रहता हैं। Q, P के ऊपर रहता है । R, एचपी का
लैपटॉप खरीदता है और O के ठीक िीचे रहता है । O,
विषम संख्या िाली मंजजल पर रहता है । S, M के ठीक
िीचे रहता है , जो एसर का लैपटॉप खरीदता है । एप्पल
और डेल का लैपटॉप खरीदिे िाले विद्यार्र्थियों के मध्य
तीि मंजजल हैं। P या तो एसर या लेिोिो का लैपटॉप िहीं
खरीदता है ।
There are seven friends i.e. A, B, C, D, E, F and G. They
all have their interview in the same week starting
from Monday to Sunday. They have their interview in
different shifts i.e. 10:30 am, 12:15 pm, 1:45 pm and
3:45 pm but not necessarily in the same order.
Note: Not more than two friends have their interview
in the same shift.
The one who has his interview in 3:45 pm shift has his
interview on Tuesday. There are more than two
friends have interview between E and F and both of
them has their interview in same shift but on different
days. E does not has his interview in 10:30 am or 3:45
pm shift. There are two friends’ who has their
interview on two different days between E and D. A
has his interview in the morning shift but not
immediately before E. There is only one friend who
has his interview in 1:45 pm shift who has his
interview on Saturday. F has his interview after one of
the day on which E has his interview but not on
Saturday. D does not have his interview on Tuesday. C
has his interview in morning shift but not on Monday.
G has his interview in 3:45 pm shift on Friday.
सात भमत्र अर्थाित ् A, B, C, D, E, F और G हैं। उि सभी का
सोमिार से रवििार एक ही सप्ताह में इंटरव्यू हैं। उि
सभी का इंटरव्यू अलग-अलग पाभलयों, जैसे; सब ु ह
10:30 बजे, दोपहर 12:15 बजे, दोपहर 1:45 बजे और
शाम 3:45 बजे हैं, लेककि आिश्यक िहीं कक समाि
क्रम में हों।
िोट: दो से अर्िक भमत्रों का इंटरव्यू समाि पाली में
िहीं है ।
िह व्यजतत, जजसका इंटरव्यू शाम 3:45 बजे की पाली
में है , उसका इंटरव्यू मंगलिार को है । E और F के मध्य
दो से अर्िक भमत्रों का इंटरव्यू है और उि दोिों का
इंटरव्यू समाि पाली में हैं लेककि अलग-अलग ददिों पर
हैं। E का इंटरव्यू सबु ह 10:30 बजे या शाम 3:45 बजे
की पाली में िहीं है । E और D के मध्य दो भमत्र का
इंटरव्यू दो भभन्ि ददिों पर हैं। A का इंटरव्यू सब ु ह की
पाली में है , लेककि E के ठीक पहले िहीं है । दोपहर 1:45
बजे की पाली में केिल एक भमत्र का इंटरव्यू है , जजसका
इंटरव्यू शनििार को है । F का इंटरव्य,ू उस ददि के बाद
है जजस ददि E का इंटरव्यू होता है , लेककि शनििार को
िहीं है । D का इंटरव्यू मंगलिार को िहीं होता । C का
इंटरव्यू सबु ह की पाली में है लेककि सोमिार को िहीं है ।
G का इंटरव्यू शक्र
ु िार को शाम 3:45 बजे की पाली में है ।
There are eight students i.e. A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H
sitting around a square table such that those who
are sitting on the middle of the square table faces
the centre and those who are sitting at the corner
are facing away from the centre. They all study in
different class i.e. Std III, Std IV, Std V, Std VI, Std VII,
Std VIII, Std IX and Std X but not necessarily in the
same order. They also like different fruits i.e. Apple,
Guava, Banana, Grapes, Kiwi, Cherry, Pineapple and
Mango but not necessarily in the same order.
D studies in Std VI and sits at the corner and
opposite to the one who likes Kiwi. G sits 3rd to the
right of F, who likes Guava. The one who studies in
Std IX likes Pineapple. H sits 3rd to the left of the one
who studies in Std X. A studies in Std IV and sits 2nd
to the right of C, who likes Cherry. G likes Kiwi. E likes
Grapes and sits on the immediate left of B. The one
who studies in Std VII sits 2nd to the left of one who
likes Banana. G does not studies in Std VIII. E is not
an immediate neighbour of F. A sits in the middle of
the square but A is not the immediate neighbour of F
and G. B studies in Std V and likes Apple.
आठ विद्यार्थी अर्थाित ् A, B, C, D, E, F, G और H एक िगािकार
मेज के चारों ओर इस प्रकार बैठे हैं कक िगािकार मेज के
मध्य बैठे विद्यार्थी केंद्र की ओर उन्मख ु हैं और कोिों पर
बैठे विद्यार्थी केंद्र के विपरीत ददशा की ओर उन्मख ु हैं। िे
सभी भभन्ि कक्षाओं जैसे; तीसरी, चौर्थी, पांचिीं, छठी, सातिीं,
आठिीं, िौिी और दसिीं कक्षा में पढ़ते हैं, लेककि आिश्यक
िहीं कक समाि क्रम में हों। उन्हें अलग-अलग फल पसंद हैं,
जैसे; सेब, अमरूद, केला, अंगूर, कीिी, चेरी, अिािास और
आम, लेककि आिश्यक िहीं कक समाि क्रम में हों।
D, छठी कक्षा में पढ़ता है और िह कोिे पर बैठा है तर्था
कीिी पसंद करिे िाले विद्यार्थी के विपरीत बैठा है । G, F के
दायें से तीसरे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है , जजसे अमरूद पसंद है । िह
विद्यार्थी जो िौिीं कक्षा में पढ़ता है , उसे अिािास पसंद
है । H, दसिीं कक्षा में पढ़िे िाले विद्यार्थी के बाएं से तीसरे
स्र्थाि पर बैठा है । A, चौर्थी कक्षा में पढ़ता है और C के
दायें से दसू रे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है , जजसे चेरी पसंद है । E को
अंगूर पसंद है और िह B के ठीक बाएं बैठा है । जो व्यजतत
सातिीं कक्षा में पढ़ता है , िह केला पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत
के बाएं से दस ू रे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है । G, आठिीं कक्षा में िहीं
पढ़ता है । E, F का निकटतम पड़ोसी िहीं है । A, िगि के मध्य
में बैठा है लेककि A, F और G का निकटतम पड़ोसी िहीं है ।
G को कीिी पसंद है । B, पांचिीं कक्षा में पढ़ता है और सेब
पसंद करता है ।

direction and M, Q, N, P and O sits at Row 2, which faces
north direction. One seat is vacant in each row. They all likes
different foods i.e. Pizza, Burger, Rice, Idli, Dosa, Frankie,
Fafda, Samosa, Maggie and Noodle but not necessarily in the
same order.
The one who likes Burger sits second from right end of the
2nd row. The one who likes Pizza sits third to left of Q. C does
not sits at any extreme end. A faces the vacant seat and D
faces N. There are three seats between P and N, who does
not face the one who likes Rice. Q sits opposite to the one
who likes Frankie, who sits at extreme end. One seat is vacant
near to M and N. E sits just right of the vacant seat. O faces
the vacant seat that is second to right of A. The one likes Rice
faces the one who sits fourth to left of the one who likes
Burger. There is only one seat between the one who likes
Dosa and the one who likes Rice. The one who likes Maggie
sits on immediate right of the one who like Samosa. The one
who likes Samosa sits near to B. The one who likes Fafda
faces the one who sits adjacent to vacant seat. The one, who
likes Idli, sits adjacent to the one who faces the one who likes
Dosa. The one who likes Dosa sits opposite to M.
A, B, C, D, E, M, N, P, Q और R दस भमत्र हैं। िे सभी दो समांतर
पंजततयों में बैठे हैं, प्रत्येक पंजतत में छह कुभसियां हैं। A, B, C, D, और
E, पंजतत 1 में बैठे हैं, जजिका मुख दक्षक्षण ददशा की ओर है तर्था
M, Q, N, P और O, पंजतत 2 में बैठे हैं, जजिका मुख उत्तर ददशा की
ओर है । प्रत्येक पंजतत में एक सीट खाली है । िे सभी अलग-अलग
खािा, जैसे वपज्जा, बगिर, चािल, इडली, डोसा, फ्रेंकी, फाफडा, समोसा,
मैगी और िड ू ल पसंद करते हैं, लेककि आिश्यक िहीं कक समाि
क्रम में हों।
जजस व्यजतत को बगिर पसंद है , िह दस ू री पंजतत के दायें छोर से
दस ू रे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है । जजस व्यजतत को वपज्जा पसंद है , िह Q के
बाएं से तीसरे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है । C ककसी भी अंनतम छोर पर िहीं
बैठा है । A का मख ु खाली सीट की ओर है और D का मख ु N की ओर
है । P और N, जजसका मुख चािल पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत की ओर
िहीं है ; के मध्य तीि सीटें हैं। Q, फ्रेंकी पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत के
विपरीत बैठा है , जो अंनतम छोर पर बैठा है । M और N के निकट
एक सीट खाली है । E, खाली सीट के ठीक दायें बैठा है । O का मुख
खाली सीट की ओर है , जो A के दायें से दस ू रे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है ।
जजस व्यजतत को चािल पसंद है , िह बगिर पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत
के बाएं से चौर्थे स्र्थाि पर बैठा है । डोसा और चािल पसंद करिे
िाले व्यजतत के मध्य केिल एक सीट है । मैगी पसंद करिे िाला
व्यजतत, समोसा पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत के ठीक दायें बैठा है ।
जजस व्यजतत को समोसा पसंद है , िह B के निकट बैठा है । फाफडा
पसंद करिे िाला व्यजतत का मुख खाली सीट के सजन्िकट बैठे
व्यजतत की ओर है । इडली पसंद करिे िाला व्यजतत उस व्यजतत के
सजन्िकट बैठा है , जजसका मुख डोसा पसंद करिे िाले व्यजतत की
ओर है । जजस व्यजतत को डोसा पसंद है , िह M के विपरीत बैठा है ।
