Dear Mrs. Sherie Ann L. Aramal,

According to mythology, an imprisoned Valentine sent the first "valentine" message after
falling in love with a young girl who visited him during his confinement—possibly his jailor's
daughter. He has sent her a letter inscribed "From your Valentine" before his death, an idiom
currently used today. Although the reality underlying the Valentine legends is hazy, all of the
stories underscore Valentine's attractiveness as a compassionate, courageous, and, most
importantly, romantic person.

I found that St. Valentine was more than a single individual. Although you may already
know that Valentine's Day is named after the city's patron saint, St. Valentine, there is some
uncertainty over which St. Valentine the celebration commemorates. According to History.com,
the festival may have been inspired by at least two persons called Valentine, one of whom was
a priest in third-century Rome.

Hey there, Mrs. Sherie Ann L. Aramal! Knock, knock! Who's there? Orange. Orange,
who? Orange, are you glad I'm your student? Because I am so happy that you are my teacher!
Hahaha! Kidding aside, Happy Valentine's Day to the World's Greatest Teacher. Thank you for
all you do to encourage us daily. I know it's not easy, and I appreciate your willingness to put
yourself out there for us. I hope today helps you feel valued for what you contribute in patience,
compassion, and inspiration. I can't thank you enough for pushing me to show up and do my
best every single day. Being a teacher requires a large heart, and there's no question that yours
is the largest. You constantly go above and above for us, and I am thankful to have you as my
teacher. This Valentine's Day, I hope you feel all the love and appreciation! You're fantastic!

Sincerely,
Zyndrell Felix
