Objectives: The present monitoring and evaluation tool aims to:


1. Gather relevant information relative to the conduct of the NSRP from 2020 to 2021;
2. Discuss and validate the issues and concerns identified during the validation and assessment exercise; and
3. Formulate strategies/solutions that are region-specific.
