− Fully Block Style –widely used (thought to have
businesslike appearance & this layout reduces
typing time – no indentations)

2. Punctuation Style
− Open Punctuation is commonly used.
− Punctuation marks are used within the
message itself.
− Open punctuation requires no punctuation
after the salutation and the complimentary
closing
