-Justice in Crime and Punishment-

A story,Norwood mystery,is a story about mysterious murder that turned out to

be foolish play of a resentful man. This story is interesting because of the Sherlock's way
of solving „the murder“ and how did Jason fool everyone just to get John to end up in
jail. Jason ended up in jail as it was right thing to do.

In this story we have a few characters and all of them are interesting and smart.
We have: Jason Oldacre, John McFarlane, Sergeant Judd, Sherlock Holmes, Doctor
Watson, Inspector Lestrade, Mrs McFarlane and Mrs Lexington. This whole fake murder
beggan with rejected love in builder's life. Jonas had an idea that he will send John in
prison because John's mother rejected him a long time ago. He faked a murder in house
and police blamed John because he was at his house that night. Josh was saying the
truth to Sherlock that he is not the murderer and Sherlock believed him till the end.
Police with Inspector Lestrade believed that he was because they had proof and blood
prints. Sherlock agreed with them but still had pointed out that Josh is innocent. When
Sherlock and Watson realized that Josh was innocent, Lestrade was sad and angry.
Sherlock had an idea to light a fire and have everyone shout the fire at the same time.
Not long after Jason came out of the closet and they noticed that this was all Jason' s
„prank“ to the police and John. He was laughing and laughing in front of the officers. I
think Jason deserved the punishment beacuse of his ironic scene and play in London.
Sherlock did his best in this case as always. He was trying to proof that Josh is innocent
and he did not give up in that. Sherlock was always and be always good in his detective
job. For me he deserved it because so many people are trying to do their best in their
job. Inspectors lost their time and everything on this stupid scene that should be
punished. His play showed that he wanted everything bad for Josh and his family. I think
that Josh had nothing to do with his mother and relationship with Jason so if he did that
to his ex-girlfriend it will be fair, but in this situation it is not fair to Josh who had no idea
about this. In my opinion this was so childish and ironic, Jason had no respect for police
work and them.

In my opinion every invented crime should be punished. That sarcastic crime is a

mockery of the police and their hard-work. This is an example how we should respect
our people who are figthing for peace in this world. We should not blame other people
for our mistakes from the past and most definitely should not try to frame them a crime
that they did not do it.
