Safety Procedures:

Should an accident occur (no matter how minor) you

must follow these procedures:

 If urgent immediately call 911 emergency aid

 Report the accident to the Team Leader as soon as
possible

 Fill out and Accident Report immediately following

 Turn the Accident Report in the Home Team

 If an injury occurs, the following information is needed

to file a claim with the Dept. of Labor & Industries:

 If you are a witness to an injury/ accident, you need to

fill out a witness injury report form

If the injury needs medical attention but 911 is not

necessary, someone from the office will pick you up
and take you to the nearest clinic/hospital.

Employee will fill out an L&L form at the doctor’s office

Doctor will make his/her diagnosis

 Employee needs to follow instructions given by the

doctor

In the case of time off, ALL LANDSCAPING will be in

touch with you
