Required Documents at Fitness Counter :

2. Vehicle Insurance Certificate
3. Vehicle Pollution Certificate

Note: Provide these documents at Counter with self attested copies.

i) For further necessary action, the registered owner shall have to produce the said vehicle for inspection on the date, time and place as endorsed through
online mode, along with this e-receipt and other necessary documents.

ii) If the owner fails to produce the vehicle on the appointed date, time and place, he/she shall have to apply a fresh for appointment of next inspection
date through online mode and shall be liable to pay Fitness Inspection / Test Fee again as per provision respective State Motor Vehicle Rule.
