Matters Arissing:
A police inspector from Glenorah called Mr Nyamayaro informing him that he had
collected 69 Tap cards which were thrown away.
Tap Card Sales Agents to be given a register to track their performance in terms of
sales and card Top Ups.
17 Tap Card Sales now employed by ZUPCO on a full time basis to sell Tap Cards at
various pick up points in Harare CBD.
4 Sales Agents in need of V70 Activation machines.
Sales Agents facing a challenge with customers’ complaining that they sometime fail
to tap their Tap Cards in ZUPCO buses as they will be reporting an error message,
“Card expired. Please recharge card”.
Communication breakdowns as the Agents are not informed in advance pertaining to
the issues to do with their work, for example issues to do with changes of pricing of
the Tap Cards.
Sales Agents requested that they be given at least two pairs of Sun hats and branded
regalia for use as they are facing a challenge in terms of laundry.
A need for ID documents for every Sales Agent for easy facilitation of their work.
Sales Agents facing challenges with customer refund issues for those customers’
whom they will have refereed to NMB Bank.
