I). Total Floor Area of the first sketch plan/floor plan

According to Statista (2022), the Average cost per square meter of

residential constructions in the Philippines in the 1st quarter of 2021 is
12,130 Philippine pesos.

II). The conceptual estimate cost would be calculated in terms of:

Estimate Cost = Floor Area x Average cost per square meter

Estimate Cost = 121.50 m² x ₱ 12,130
Estimate Cost = ₱ 1,473,795

I). Total Floor Area of the second sketch plan/floor plan
