Healthy diet

Hello, my name is Radvilė and today I will tell you a little bit about
healthy diet.

If you have ever asked someone how to be healthy, you have probably
heard this advice: Eat a healthy diet. But what does that even mean? A healthy
diet is a diet which helps preserve or improve overall health.

Why healthy food is important for us? Healthy food is important because
our organs and tissues need proper nutrition to function efficiently. Without
healthy food & good nutrition our body is more prone to diseases, infection and
bad results. I think a diet that does not include all the ingredients such as
protein, minerals and vitamins is unhealthy.

Food is one of the most important tools for a life lived well and long. We
need to stop eating when we’re full, and don't eat too fast. Filling our plates
with plant foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and grains will help protect
our body from illnesses, including heart disease and diabetes.

To eat healthier food, you may need to change some of your daily habits.
You also may need to change some things in your environment. Your
environment includes everything around you, like your home or the place you
work. You don't need to make huge changes to eat healthier. And you don't
have to change your habits all at the same time. It's best to set small goals and
change your habits a little bit at a time. Over time, small changes can make a
big difference in your health.

So that’s all I wanted to tell you. I think everyone should avoid junk Food
and accept a healthy life style. In my opinion, it is sometimes possible to eat
unhealthy food but in small portions. Thank you for listening and good bye.
