The best way to describe our other
project is, “Its Not Just Another Deck”.
This project is another example of a
phased remodel because it is another, in a
series of several projects that this home
has under gone in the past few years with
us. 2010 was the year to remove and

So you have this love hate relationship with your
screen porch. You love the outdoor sights, sounds
and smells, but you hate the mess. In the spring
and summer, your furniture and carpet get wet
