We are very pleased that construction on our property will end soon.

We have engaged Dream Riser Builders, Inc. managed by its President, Sean Johnlee Q. Ting to
be our contractor. As for their last scope of work, they have to build the firewall that may affect
your operation in your area.

All activities are in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the building management. We
will do our best to limit the amount of noise, falling object/debris or any disruption to you
throughout construction.

Our contractor will make every effort to keep the common spaces clean and they will use
hanging braces instead of scaffolding as you requested.
