What do you think is the cause of why some people feel the need to do actions JMthat are against

Asians--- leading to the problem that we have today?

*Some people think that Asians are different from what they think is “normal” for them, mainly because
of our exotic culture, our different colors, appearances, religions and the food we eat. They stereotype
Asians leading them to put their anger out on Asians regardless if they’re innocent or not. Ever since the
coronavirus outbreak, China, where the virus was first identified, and other Asians has been receiving
discriminations and hate from people around the globe. People have been wanting to find which are
ones to blame with this global pandemic that has brought peril to the lives of many people. Which is
why there is an increasing number of Asian-hate and violence from numerous countries outside and
even inside the Asian continent today.*

Do you think that the fact that the COVID-19 virus originated from Wuhan, China has become one of the
key factors on why anti-Asian hate has become rampant nowadays?
