This refers to your follow-up letter-complaint dated August 14, 2017

whereby you are seeking for legal assistance regarding your land problem
or tenancy status involving the landholding situated at Brgy. Bacon,
Banga, Aklan and Mr. Abelardo Legazpi, Sr. as landowner.

We received your August 14, 2017 follow-up letter just this month of
November 2017 and immediately referred the same to the staff assigned to
your case.

Please be reminded that as early as February 07, 2017, we had already

indorsed your land problem to the Chief of the Legal Division ,DAR
Provincial Office, for their appropriate action. This was in response to your
first letter dated November 12, 2016 wherein you sought for legal
assistance. You were furnished with a copy of the said indorsement, and
we expect you to coordinate with the said office. A copy of the said
Indorsement letter dated 07 February 2017is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

We hope you coordinate with the DAR Provincial Office on the

matter for legal advice and appropriate action. Thank you.
