LEVEL 1:
- Facemask (Surgical mask)
- Face shield
LEVEL 2:
- N95 mask (must be fit to your face)
- Face shield
- Gloves
- Foot cover
LEVEL 3:
- N95 mask
- Face shield
- Foot Cover
- Head cap
- Isolation gown
LEVEL 4:
- N95 mask
- Face shield
- Foot cover
- Head cap
- Surgical gloves
- Hazmat

PROCEDURE:
Hand washing if wala, Alcohol
Clean gloves
Mask (N95) – Adjust and put micropore
Surgical Mask
Head cap
Foot cover (Labas ng Sapatos)
Hazmat:
- Open Zipper
- Una ang paa (With shoe cover on)
- Zipper then adhesive
- Hood on
Surgical gloves (Sterile gloves)
- Butasan sa thumb area for security ng Hazmat
- Place surgical gloves (Make sure it is fit, you can place micropore)
Face shield

DOFFING

Cleanse with alcohol


Remove face shield
Remove sterile gloves
Remove Hazmat (Make sure not to touch your uniform)
While removing the hazmat, shoe cover will also be removed
Head cap
Mask
Inner gloves
N95 will only be removed in the nurse’s station after hand washing
Hand washing should be until elbow

Isolation gown
Gloves
Head cap
Face shield
Difference:
Isolation gown: Open in the lower part
Hazmat: All are covered

Laryngoscope
Leukoplast
Bag valve mask
10cc syringe
Endotracheal tube
Hepa filter
