· Suppliers and Other Value Chain Factors

Finding suppliers that fit our costs is very difficult, especially in the West Surabaya area
which incidentally is more advanced than other Surabaya areas, the price of suppliers
around West Surabaya is very expensive compared to those found in other parts of
Surabaya. But when we get a cheap or decent supplier, the problem changes to the
location that mostly will be too far, causing the cost of transportation to be expensive.

· Competitors

In this business, of course, we have many competitors, especially when healthy


food is a trend, most of our competitors already have outlets and operate with
many employees. But most of them have high prices, that's why we offer our
advantages, which is mainly, our products are cheaper than most of the
competitor’s products.

New Entrants

The way we deal with new entrants is to continue to pay attention to our customers
and the quality of the food we produce, we also try to listen to feedback from our
customers as often as possible, if we feel that input can make changes for the better
for us, then we will not hesitate – reluctant to try.

Subtitute Products and Services

Most of the substitutes for our products are straight-drink juices, most of our customers
feel that smoothie bowls are very filling so sometimes they prefer to drink regular juice
instead of eating smoothie bowls, besides that juice is also easy to carry everywhere.
