Plan
 In this step we had essentially focus on what activities the drive
will involve.
 We had set a primary goal and plan in advance, as to what we
want to do in the drive.
 Our primary goal is to keep our school area green; we listed out
the thing to achieve our primary goal.
 The list contained activities like making the society a green place
to live in, recycling, planting trees, spreading awareness, making
groups, assigning tasks to the groups etc. we had specific goals.

Create awareness
 In this step we inform fellow students about why we all are
carrying out the drive.
 This step requires us to create awareness about the importance of
clean and green surrounding.
 We did this by pasting posters depicting the need for planting trees
in the society campus and interacting with our fellow
friends/family friends and members of society. (Maintaining the
norms of pandemic )
 We motivated our fellow students to involve themselves in the
planting saplings in society/home, raised slogans and posters and
convey a message it is important to maintain green environment.
 By doing this, the students felt motivated and involved themselves
more effectively in the activity.

Implementation
 We students performed the activities as planned. Thereby, gained
knowledge and awareness on plantation of saplings activity.
 We created small video and shared on social media.

Objectives of Activities:-
Need of this activity:-
To foster strong mental and social awareness amongst today’s students
to realize that:
 The role of students is most vital to create a clean and green India
 We are the real ambassadors protectors of Environment and it is
our duty to motivate others to keep their schools, homes and
surroundings green
 Connect with our peers, elders , the community
 To direct students mind in constructive activities with positive
outcomes of creative and critical thinking to develop self-
confidence and self esteem

My Participation !!!!!!!
 Writing Strong Slogans in groups of 6 as allotted by my teacher
 Drawing Posters in 3 periods in 3 weeks each on attitudinal
change towards developing Environment Consciousness
 Speech on Save Environment and Interactive session on Green
India during Morning Assembly

My Learning 
 Self -Awareness and Strength in Team Work
 Distinguish between benefits of green India and disadvantages of
loss of Environment resulting in Climate Change, Health Hazards
etc.
 Getting everyone involved created large scale attention with faster
behavioral change

ACTIVITY 2 - Protecting Environment message displayed by planting
saplings.
 1 saplings each month (Specially on the World Earth Day
World Environment Day- If you have done the plantation
last year (2020-2021) for these two days you can use those
pictures and describe it)
 Suggestion - You can select occasion like
birthdays/anniversary of parents or any other occasion for
plantation.
 Mandatory- Plantation of one sapling from Month of
November to March.
 Plantation can be done by your family members/ society
members.
 More than one sapling can be planted.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:-
 As a responsible citizen , I will be able to spread awareness
in taking care of the environment amongst the people around
us.

 I will sensitize peers as well as community members about


the importance of planting sapling and help to prepare a
conducive environment.

 Also will be connected with nature and adopt practices that


will benefit the environment.
 Understand the uses , benefits and scientific names of the
sapplings planted by me.

 Learnt to be responsible citizen of my community and to


protect my “Mother Earth”
