Calendar Days for the above-mentioned project, considering the reasons herein stated:

a. The contractor will now able to operate along areas since the Permit to Cut trees
was given upon the issuance of Brgy. Certificate

b. The unworkable ground condition has been hampering the major activities. These
activities fall within the critical path of the PERT/CPM Network of this project.

The revised contract for this project is now One Seventy Six (176) Calendar Days likewise,
the revised contract expiration date shall be on March 25, 2020.

Please acknowledge receipt of this Order by dating, signing, and returning the Two (2)
copies of the same to this Office.
