I – SUBJECT: FUEL DILUTION IN OIL


As a result of new techniques for measuring the dilution of diesel fuel in oil (gaseous phase
chromatography instead of the "flash point" technique), the permissible thresholds for dilution and
viscosity have changed: the analysis results from the ANAC/Diagorenault laboratories have been
incorporating these criteria for the definition of the analysis criticality since 03/11/09.
