To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is being written to dispute the above account, which I have done several times. You have
responded by stating that the creditor or collection agency verified the account. I have contacted the
collection agency/creditor on several occasions as well, and they have yet to respond to my dispute,
therefore, your company could not have reached them concerning this debt. The Fair Credit Reporting Act
requires that you respond to my dispute within thirty days as well as verify its accuracy. If the account cannot
be verified, your company must delete the account from my credit report. If you cannot show proof that you
have verified this debt and you continue to list this item on my credit report, I am prepared to sue your
company under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
