Greetings of Peace and Harmony!

As mandated in the Republic Act No. 9163, Civic Welfare Training Service must be
included in the academic requirements of Batangas State University. This training course aims to
develop the true spirit of volunteerism for young individuals. In connection with this, our team
would like to take part for the holistic development of our society.

We, the students of BatStateU, are asking your permission to conduct our project entitled:
“Tulong Para Sa Kabataan” in your barangay. The said program will be executed for ten (10)
consecutive Saturdays and shall commence on Feb 22, 2021 and will end up on May 9, 2021. In
our little ways, we will help to implement lectures on Importance of Environment, Waste
Management, Disaster Preparedness and Awareness and conduct Clean-up Drives in your local
community and having fun while teaching them sports.

If you found this project proposal appropriate enough for the betterment and wellness of
your community and have us to be your volunteers, may we request from your office the
following terms:
• Help us gather our respondents
• Make a donation for the expenses
• Visibility of a peace officer to ensure the safety of both volunteers and
respondents in the entire duration of our community immersion
