We use LACK OF when something is not here and it is desired and also hen something is not

here in sufficient quantity.

We use ABSENCE OF when something is not here (the negation of a presence)

ACROSS refers on the other side of something, or from one side to the other of something
which has sides or limit such as a city, road or river.

OVER refers to something at a higher position than something else, sometimes it involves
movement from one side to another. Also we used OVER to refer periods of time.

THROUGH we can use it with the noun forest and grass instead of across.

We use EVERY with singular, countable nouns.

We use ALL with plural countable nouns or with uncountable nouns to means 100% many
things.

WHOLE / ENTIRE with uncontable or singluar countable nouns 100% of one thing.
