In preparation for the forthcoming May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections please be
informed that the live–in training of the DESO Technical Support Staff (DESO TSS) on the
operation of the Vote Counting Machine (VCM) is scheduled on February 21-22, 2022 @
Madison Hotel, Manlurip, Tacloban City. The training will start at 1:00 pm of February 21, 2022
and will end on February 22, 2022 at 12:00 noon.

Be informed further, that you will first undergo a Rapid Antigen Test on the morning of
February 21, 2022.
