I have been following Puninar Logistics for awhile and I admire the company for its been leads logistics world in Indonesia
since 1969 and increase efficiency to its customers. For these reasons, I would very much like to be part of the growth story
for Puninar Logistics

Having looked at the position, I believe that I have the qualities necessary to succeed. These qualities are demonstrated by
my academic and extracurricular experiences:

Strong Logic and Analytical Skills: I yearned to learn more, yearned to learn something different. Coming from a
geophysics student, I have grown my skills in analytical thinking with focus on problem-solving. I conducted data
processing and interpretation which involved a lot of parameters and studies. I excelled in this atmosphere and found
these skills translate and play an important role in management trainee success.

Leaderships and Collaborative: In college, I made myself keep up with my hobbies in sports. I actively participated in
sports competitions, including basketball, futsal, and volleyball, then made it to win. Working in a team and supportive
attitude have been so attached to me. I also got myself to lead a team in organizational situations. I believe those
values will be a great match for this management trainee program.
