Ms. Manalaysay:

I would like to remind you for the last time to return or remit your
outstanding obligation in the total amount of Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos
(P605,000.00) which you received by confidence as loan obligation and was
advanced to you on February 28, 2020.

This amount has been overdue and despite repeated requests/demands, you
failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid amount.

Thus, as a FINAL WARNING, I strongly advise you to return/settle the

amount of Six Hundred Five Thousand Pesos (P605,000.00). I'm giving you a
period of TEN (10) DAYS from your receipt hereof within which to perform your
responsiblities. Otherwise, I will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights
and remedies I have under the law to enforce such payment, including but not
limited to institution of legal proceedings against you to recover the above amount,
together with accrued interest and legal expenses.

Govern your actions accordingly.
