Important communication about subscription purchased with “TESTCOUPEV” coupon

Dear User,

We understand that you activated SonyLIV subscription on 22nd of January 2022 or 23rd of January 2022 using
the coupon code “TESTCOUPEV” by making payment of Rs 1. This subscription was deactivated after a few
hours as you may have noticed.

You should know why this happened. The test coupon code “TESTCOUPEV” was meant for testing of SonyLIV’s
backend infrastructure only and it had no commercial use. Regretfully, this test coupon code was
unauthorisedly published on social media. We had to abruptly stop the testing. We are investigating the
circumstances in which this happened and will take appropriate action against the perpetrator.

As the coupon name also suggested that it was a “test” code and not an offer to subscribe to SonyLIV, we had
to deactivate the subscriptions consequently which were activated by using the said test coupon. The
subscription amount of Rs. 1 has been duly refunded. The said refund issued should appear in your wallet,
bank account or card used to make the payment in next 5 to 7 days.
