TRANSLATING SYMBOLS INTO WORDS. Translate the following symbols into words. Write
legibly and, observed proper spelling and grammar onto your words, phrases and/or sentences.

1. (𝑥 + 3) − 5 = 2 The sum of x and three minus five equals two.

2. 5 − (𝑏 − 3) = 10 Five minus the difference of b and three equals ten.

thirty-three.
