standard order

Hi,

My requirement is as follows :

The condition type proo asks us to enter the price of material while creating order.
Instead of this, how can we have the standard price of material from material master fetched in standard order by default. Is
any condition technique for this…???
Any pointers to do this will be appreciated.

Thanks,
jv

PR00 is the price condition type maintained records at VK11

Price you maintain at material master level is the cost but not the price.
To populate the cost of the material in the sales order, maintain VPRS
condition type in your pricing procedure which is a statistical. This
condition would fetch the cost from the material master.
Thanks, Vamsi

Hi JV,

My understanding of your requirement is –

In MM02, Tab Accounting 1; for an MMR (say M1), Price = 800Euros (moving or standard)

This is cost. Condition type = VPRS

You want in VA01, sales order, PR00 = 800Euros.

If user has changed In MM02, for M1, Price = 875Euros, then in sales order PR00 = 875Euros.

If that is your requirement, then –

2 ways; make your choice + do the tests

Hi Typewriter,
Thank you very much for the precise help. The link did indeed help me do this. However, I still am faced with an issue.

I am not able to change the moving average price and the standard price in material master . It is only fetching the “12 eur
I have initially entered while creating material master. Tried using both “s” and “v”. Any idea what I am missing???
I am sure this can be a requirement : The standard price might need to be changed from the material master for all future o
due to inflationhigher input costs e.t.c.

Thanks,
jv

Review MR21 and SAP’s CO-PC standard costing.

Mark as helpful.

Hi jv,

1. Changing price in MM02 – (say Std & Moving price = 12Euros)

If you want to change Standard price = 12,50Euros
In Field control = V, then change Std price to 12,50Euros

If you want to change Moving price price = 13Euros

In Field control = S, then change Moving price to 13Euros

2. Got get either Standard price or Moving price in VPRS, in VA01, tab Condition –
In V/06, in VPRS cond type; in field “Conditon Category”
– give S for Std cost
– give T for moving cost

(currently it is G)

While doing changes, keep an eye on Total Stock and Total Value; in MMR

Thanks..I did this but after changing the standard price, the total value is not changing correspondingly. I guess this is becau
value is already posted to the balance sheet for accounting.
Anyways, thanks again for your help.
