 About us
MI cometa is an architectural studio located in Mallorca and La Rio-
ja. Our work is based on three foundations: creativity, construction qual-
ity, according with the standard Passive House and enconomy security.

In our study we commit to offer an original, creative and inno-

vative project always bearing in mind our clients requirements.

Moreover, our study has a certificated Architecture Passive House Designer. A Pas-
sive House building means: high quality construction, high energy efficiency and high
confort levels. It also reduces the building’s ecological footprint. MI cometa takes this
standard to offer our clients a product with great features.

Finally, our projects are a balance between creativity and economic feasibility. That is
why, every decision and design passes an economical audit. With us you will be always
