country. As CEO, responsible for smooth operations of the running hydro plant and for planned implementation of new projects.

Pussallawa Plantation Company, Land dispute of Sevanagala Sugar Company. (All these were privatized SOEs)
 Structured a defunct state owned sugar company as a Public Private Partnership (because of the Government policy against privatization) with a
view to commencing commercial operation of the company.

 PSIDC was a Sri Lankan Government owned financial institution, established with Technical Assistance of the World Bank (US $ 77 Mn) to
promote private sector infrastructure by providing subordinated debt financing and to enhance technical capabilities of line ministries/agencies to
prepare projects for private sector participation.
 Led a small team of professionals and a Resident Advisor in reaching financial closure of a major private sector port terminal project and
supervised and monitored loan disbursements and follow up (SAGT)
 Negotiated the term sheet of PSIDC subordination debt with senior lenders (IFC, ADB, CDC) and the project company, agreed the Common
Terms Agreement and Loan Agreements.

in a steel company, development bank and a commercial bank.
